Start Date and Property Preparation:
We keep our start dates fixed, and we take 2-3 days to spruce up the place after the previous tenants move out. You don’t have to move in on that exact day if it doesn’t suit you, but the contract will start.
Furniture and Amenities:
Our properties come with all the basics, and the kitchen’s got everything you need. Bedrooms come fully furnished, all double beds. All our rooms meet the Council’s size standards.
Utility Bills:
Bills aren’t included unless specified.
HMO Licensing:
Our homes with three or more tenants are Council-approved. You can find our license on their website.
Reservation Fee and Guarantor:
Ready to snag your spot? Be quick, it’s on a first-come-first-serve basis and we ask for one week’s rent to hold the property for you. If you decide to go for it, that fee goes toward your first month’s rent. We do require a UK homeowner (England/Wales properties), but if you’re a student, we’ve got options for you too!
